Our Leadership
Marc Paquin
President/CEO
Marc Paquin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an MBA from Union College. With over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, he has built a strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Marc specializes in residential and commercial property acquisitions, development, and property management. His strategic insight and long-term vision have made him a respected figure in the real estate investment community.
Spencer Jones
Senior Vice President
Since joining Cass Hill Development in 2022, Spencer has been responsible for the team managing daily operations of Cass Hill’s 2MM square foot diversified portfolio of assets. In addition to portfolio operations, Spencer has a lead role in strategic planning, acquisition targeting, project financing, and organizational marketing. Beginning in 1999, Spencer’s real estate experience includes the acquisition, development, capital structure, and management of over 17MM square feet of multi-family, office, industrial, retail and hospitality property across the northeastern Unites States. Committed to community engagement, Spencer has volunteered his time in various leadership roles with several regional organizations.
Kelley Watts
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Kelley oversees all accounting policies & procedures, financial reporting & treasury management. Prior to joining Cass Hill, Kelley served as CFO for a commercial property management company for 7 years and was a Director in the Tax practice of PwC for 10 years with a focus on real estate, asset management and high net worth individuals.
Kelley is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting magna cum laude from Siena College.
